The terms that apply when you use Orbit.
Service provider
MEX Orbit is the e-commerce site, store management, reporting and connection service provided by MEX MEDYA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Our registered address is CEVİZLİ MAH. ZUHAL CAD. A BLOK NO: 46 İÇ KAPI NO: 50 MALTEPE / İSTANBUL.
For questions about these terms, you can reach us at info@mexmedya.com.
Account and authorized use
Only persons authorized by the relevant business may use the Orbit management panel. Users are responsible for the security of their own account and for the actions taken with it. They may not use another person’s account, device code or invitation link, and may not try to keep access once their authorization has ended.
Signing in with a Google account does not mean that all Google products belonging to that account are connected to Orbit. Each product connection is selected separately and approved by the user on the Google permission screen.
Google product connections
Depending on the user’s choices, Orbit can connect to services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, Search Console, Business Profile and Google Cloud Billing. The person who sets up a connection confirms that they have the authority required for the selected business or customer account.
Orbit acts only for the purposes explained on screen and within the permissions granted. Where Google does not offer a read-only permission for a product, the permission screen may show a broader scope; write operations such as publishing campaigns, changing budgets or creating product data sources still require separate explicit approval in the panel.
The availability of Google products depends on account eligibility, API quota, provider review and Google’s own terms. Orbit cannot change account access that Google grants or denies.
Meta advertising connection
The user connects with their own authorized Meta account and selects the ad account that belongs to their store. Reading reports and managing ads are separate permission purposes. Supported ads are previewed in the panel, created paused first and activated with a separate publishing approval. Publishing and budget approval may incur ad spend on Meta. Ad payments are made to Meta and are separate from the Orbit subscription.
Meta app review, access permissions and advertising policies apply; business verification does not guarantee that ads or customer access will be approved. Removing the Orbit connection does not delete or pause ads already created on Meta. Check ongoing ads before removing the connection.
Service scope and fees
The store, design, integration, support, usage limits, fees and payment term to be provided are agreed with the customer in writing. Submitting a marketing or demo form does not start a paid subscription. Domain names, ad budgets, payment provider commissions and third-party service fees belong to the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The published monthly fee of the Starter plan is TRY 3,999.00 + VAT and its annual upfront fee is TRY 35,988.00 + VAT. The time to start the service and the refund of unused prepaid service fees are explained in the cancellation and refund terms; the planned card payment flow is explained on the payment security page.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful content, unauthorized access, bypassing security measures, misleading advertising, counterfeit products, malware or activities that infringe the rights of third parties. Use that threatens security, other customers or the continuity of the service may be restricted or stopped.
Data and removing a connection
How personal data and Google user data are processed is explained in the Privacy and Data Use notice. The user can remove the Google connection from the Orbit panel or from the connections section of their Google account. Removing the connection stops new data from being received; statutory retention obligations apply separately.
Continuity and changes
The service may be interrupted temporarily because of maintenance, a provider outage, a security incident or force majeure. Planned and significant changes are announced in advance where possible. These terms may be updated for changes to the service or legislation; the current text is published on this page.
